Meet at the RV
1. Pulse raiser (0-3mins)
2. Mobility (3-6mins)
3. Dynamic stretch (5-10mins)
4. 100 bar facing burpees for time (leading straight into..)
5. 3 x 800m run with 1 minute recovery between (after completing the final 800m run execute..)
6. Grace as Rxd = 60kgs (no scaling will be allowed, immediately followed by..)
7. 100 Sand Bag lunges (on the spot)
8. Cool down & stretch
Note. Quickest time will receive a prize!
Are you a fit individual? Well come and join us and we'll see how fit you really are. We use whole body movement utilising all kinds of equipment from; the natural environment, logs, rocks, to olympic lifting, kettlebells, ropes, tyres and our own bodies to push ourselves to physical and mental limits!

WOD 1.
Meet at the RV.
1. Pulse Raiser (0-3 mins)
2. Mobility (3-6 mins)
3. Dynamic Stretch (5-10 mins)
4. 3km run as a group (pace will be set)
5. Move 4000kgs
Rules =
In pairs (both shifting 4000kgs each), only two lifts can be utilised and you must
have 100kgs on the barbell
6. Climb 200ft in rope (i.e. 13 15ft rope climbs)
7. 3km run back to the RV (pace will be set)
8. Cool down (3-5 mins)
9. Stretch (10-15 mins)
