WOD 2

Meet at the RV

1. Pulse raiser (0-3mins)

2. Mobility (3-6mins)

3. Dynamic stretch (5-10mins)

4. 100 bar facing burpees for time (leading straight into..)

5. 3 x 800m run with 1 minute recovery between (after completing the final 800m run execute..)

6. Grace as Rxd = 60kgs (no scaling will be allowed, immediately followed by..)

7. 100 Sand Bag lunges (on the spot)

8. Cool down & stretch

Note. Quickest time will receive a prize!
