Meet at the RV.
1. Pulse Raiser (0-3 mins)
2. Mobility (3-6 mins)
3. Dynamic Stretch (5-10 mins)
4. 3km run as a group (pace will be set)
5. Move 4000kgs
Rules =
In pairs (both shifting 4000kgs each), only two lifts can be utilised and you must
have 100kgs on the barbell
6. Climb 200ft in rope (i.e. 13 15ft rope climbs)
7. 3km run back to the RV (pace will be set)
8. Cool down (3-5 mins)
9. Stretch (10-15 mins)
